That’s good timing, because I have a saved token from yesterday that was working in a 3rd party app. Using it now with your link, I do get a response which is my username email address date/time and then the token. All that on one line in a blank page. The date is from 2013. So I’m guessing that’s working. Which aligns with what I’m seeing - I can log in successfully (i.e it says I authenticate) but then it go’s off to a page that doesn’t work.

I cannot access my Plex server currently.

I’m able to get a successful response using an existing token (fetched from my currently logged in Tautulli settings) if I go to https://plex.tv/users/account?X-Plex-Token=INSERTMYTOKENHERE . Still no new logins working, though

I can confirm that Tautulli does not work either when try to use the plex login.

The only place the login work is the main website, plex.tv and the forums.

Do any of you know how to get the browser console log? If so after getting error can you message it to me, ( click on my username to see message button)

I think I have the same issue. It started this morning when I couldn’t play any tidal tracks in my library and couldnt load the music page. when relinking tidal I got logged out and now I can’t log back in. I am however still logged in on plexamp (desktop; phone) and the plex app on phone.

I can however log into my brother’s account and see my server on there. just not on my account.

I can still log into my account on the website just not open the player

PS: I was able to google the page for other services and removed tidal (like somebody suggested above) and I can log in again

Just unlinked Tidal and was able to log in fine

Also try https://plex.tv/api/v2/user?X-Plex-Token=xxxxxxxxxx.

That’s the newer endpoint that Plex Web is using. Tautulli is using the older /users/account.

Q: do all of you have Tidal linked to the account you are trying to sign in with?

For me personally everything works fine when tidal is unlinked, just tried to link tidal again and again I got booted from my account, unlinked and plex is working again normally

Yes, unlinking Tidal fixed my issue.

Same for me. Once I unlinked my account, I could log in from a previously unused browser and app instance.

I just tried this morning and it’s working now. Yes, I do have tidal, but I didn’t unlink it because I couldn’t without logging in.

So, I guess Tidal’s issue is resolved, or someone fixed it overnight? Any word on why Tidal is impacting Plex? I see a lot of people have started threads overnight about Tidal causing this issue.
