Can't start/access Plex Media Server

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488-cc260c476
Player Version#:

When I try to open my Plex Media Server on my Win 10 computer, Chrome is opened, and this address is automatical tried:

http://127.0.0.1:32400/web

I can’t open the site, an Chrome displays " This site can’t be reached".
The same message/problem occurs if I manually input the same address.

What can be the issue here ?

Is Plex Media Server running? Do you see the icon in the system tray at the bottom right. If so, right click on it and select the “Open Plex” option.

Yes,that’s what I try to do. The icon is in the system tray, and when I right click on it, and choose “Open Plex”, I get as described above: Chrome (my default web-browser) is opened, and tries to open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web
“This site can’t be reached”

When I did this previously (some weeks ago), Plex Media Server opened up. (Where I could set the paths for various media contents).

Can you manually get the logs for PMS?

I’m in this same boat.
Going to the app download page of the Plex website also gives an error message.
Certificate seems to be broken on my LAN.

I can get to the website to download Plex on my work LAN without a problem.

Magically it works now for me.
FYI. my certificate seems to have changed by itself.

Here as well !!!

Had some time today, and was going to get the log-files.
Tried to start Plex Media Server, and was expecting it to fail as described in this help-ticker.

To my big surprise, it started up without any problem, and everything is working OK as it should, and previously did.

I have no idea on what has changed here since last time I tried to start PMS, but I’m happy to see it’s working fine.
