Regardless if I request a sync from the phone, or I tell PMS from the web manager to push a sync to the phone, the item goes into the sync queue, and sits there forever “pending conversion”. Phone says “There is an error with this item”, no matter what item I choose.
YES - I’ve ensured that conversions are NOT paused per other forum post & Reddit recommendations. I don’t even have the option to pause or unpause conversions on the web manager unless a conversion is already in the queue. Nothing is there.
I got ONE thing to sync - the first thing I tried after: deleting the app cache, the app data, un/re-installing the app, and signing in. I tried this again but can’t reproduce it - it’s like it happened by accident.
I’ve also tried creating an optimized version (720p 4mbps), THEN syncing that same version, but no luck at all - it just sits there at 50% (copying). Sometimes the app even lies and immediately pretends like it’s on the phone, but of course won’t play because it never copied the file across. To clarify, it does convert/transcode an optimized version. It just doesn’t sync it.
