Sync not working on Linux Ubuntu Plex server

Player Version#:Plex Android app with update from 6.11.2018 and windows store app

Since a few weeks i cant sync any content to my android devices. On the mobile devices it says “Pending”. On the server it says “Waiting to be converted”. I tried reinstalling the apps on the mobile devices, and cleaning the sync queue and restarting the plex media server. Here is my Plex Media Server log after starting a sync of one file on my mobile devices. At that point on the plex server the sync queue was empty except that one song i tried to sync in original quality.

Insufficient data.

I need the ZIP logs after recreating the issue. 8.9K isn’t enough.
The full ZIP of the sequence will show me it being queued and how it’s dispositioned.

ok apparently it is working now. The only thing i changed was deleting and old web-tools version. I have now idea why its works now after 3 weeks without working.
