I have gone through the subscription proceess to tidal about 5 times now, 3 through Plex and 2 directly with tidal. Tidal says I have a subscription, and I can use tidal to its full functionality, but I CAN’T get it to even show up on the Plex media server or Plex media player. Now, it keeps telling me that they are unable to process my payment method. And to contact customer service. When earlier, it didn’t say ANYTHING, tidal just never “showed up” . All I could stream were 30 second previews of songs!! Hell, even the Plex website said I had a tidal HiFi subscription under my account details, but it was nowhere to be found!! And NOW it doesn’t say that. I am afraid to try it again as I might be getting charged every time I do it and I just overdrew my bank account!! I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED with this BS! Is it me, or does Plex CONSTANTLY not work correctlly??? I am really seriously considering switching over to EMBY and abandoning my lifetime pass. It doesn’t have tidal integration, but it. WORKS CONSISTENTLY!

You should be able to attach your existing Tidal account (verify, it is working beforehand) to your Plex account: https://www.plex.tv/transfer-tidal-subscription-page/?transfer=tidal
It’s not fixed. I am getting the same error message when I go to tidal’s site. It says "an error happened when creating the subscription. I give up! Hellooo Emby!!

Hello, sorry to bother you again, Tidal is working great on all my devices now EXCEPT Plex on my Fire TV. All Tidal music I have on a playlist that I created for PMS shows up as only a 30 second preview. I am unable to see any of my other Tidal content, either. I signed out and back in to no avail. Like I said, it’s working just fine on everything else…but I REALLY want it on my TV.

Actually, it’s not working on my Android phone, either! Plex web app and Plex app for Windows 10 are the only ones allowing me to access my Tidal content. Again, I have tried signing out and back in. Why is it not the same across Plex?
