Since updating Plex media server on QNAP remote access doesn't work

Hi All, I logged in remotely to my plex server using the web portal perfectly two days ago, when i got home from work i opened plex up again, this time locally and it showed i had an update to install. Ever since i updated the media server i have been unable to connect remotely, the plex portal gives me the error “server unavailable”. I can log into the server using the myqnap cloud perfectly, but plex won’t connect. Remote access says that it is signed in, but it is unavailable outside of my…
