Not a Syno dude, but when they find this thread, they will ask you about what Syno you have, as well as the filename of the PMS you tried to install

DS216j file is PlexMediaServer-1.15.2.793-782228f99-armv7hf.spk the latest update for Plex

Thank you for advise. Struggle with same issue last two versions. Download manually below one and upgrade properly. For some reason plex was offering download for other series version of NAS device.
