Plex update compatibility issue with synology DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 2

Server Version#: DS216j DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 2
Player Version#: 1.13.4.5271 not able to update due to error during manual update saying the update is not compatible with the current DSM
any help would be appreciated.

Use the version downloaded from Plex, not the version from the Synology Package Center.

After installation, you need to double check permissions for the userid Plex.

The DS216j has an ARMv7 CPU.

It peculiar why the auto-download feature points to the wrong version of PMS.

It automatically downloads the version ending ‘…armv7hf.spk’, rather than the correct version which ends ‘…armv7hf_neon.spk’.

I’m using a DS215j.
