Can't update Plex Server

Plex Media Server Desktops & Laptops

Server Version#:1.16.3.1402
Player Version#: 3.104.2
When I try to update to the 1.16.3.1433 version I get the error 0x80070643 . When I look at the log I see a line that states Failed to execute MSI Package. Also Failed to install MSI Package.

FIXED!!! Got it working by deleting Plex shortcut in Startup Folder. Then it updated just fine.
