Can’t search for content in Plex for Apple TV, get the message that I should add at least one source in settings but I don’t find any options in settings to do that.
Would appreciate some guidance

When you open search there is a large “Search Settings” button below the horizontal keyboard. If you start typing the button will go away so check before you do.
On what Apple TV model and with which version of tvOS are you experiencing this?
Are you signed into your Plex account on this client?
It’s probably unrelated… your version of PMS was released in September last year; upgrading to the latest public version might contain some fixes.
It’s a 4th generation (2015) AppleTV on 18.3.
Updated the PMS.
I am signed yes, I can find the movies etc fine in the libraries, just can’t search.
Any ideas?
Can you share the player logs of the Plex for tvOS app, after attempting to search?
Maybe the logs show what’s resulting in the halos-populated search page (your screenshot is also missing the recent / popular searches hubs)

The logs you’ve uploaded cover <1 minute; though it seems they’re catching 1 search activity.
No immediate errors showing up – but I wonder… what language have you set for the Apple TV / Plex app on your Apple TV?
It’s showing as en-pt (English as spoken in Portugal?) – I’m not sure if this might throw Plex off somehow…
Yeah, it was early in the morning, the log was probably empty and all I did was try the search.
I’m not sure what the language is tbh, everything is in english but I’ll look for that and try to change to see if I see a difference.
The settings I see on Plex Web just say English. Will check the app.
Didn’t find any option on the app for the language, guessing it takes the config in AppleTV.
Changed the region so that it stayed UK-UK but to no effect.
It’s just weird I don’t have a place to set the sources. Or that it doesn’t take all by default.
