Hi
When i’m watching serie’s via Plex Web Player i normally can view them in original quality but on some serie’s i can’t do it and its slows the stream down.
It has to buffer allot and when i’m playing it on original quality it goes fast without any buffering.

Use Plex for Windows (Apps and Devices link at the bottom of this page).

Thanks for the quick respons.
I use the web browser because i watch at different places and i don’t wanne install the app or player every time again.
The browser is just easy to access.
But on the media player i can watch that serie in original quality, so maybe it can be fixed on the web player to?
Kind regards
No it cannot be fixed on the web player. The web browser uses the native player which does not play that file. If you want to play those sorts of files, you’re going to need a desktop app.

Right. MKV is merely a container, the dealbreaker is the video encoding.
