When playing media through Plex server on Nvidia Shield Pro 2015, the bit rate is capped at 42Mbps. On all devices and players. iPhone, iPad, Apple TV 4K, Plex Player and Infuse. Direct play local network hard wired with fast internet.
When I play the exact same media on Infuse SMB Apple TV 4K with no issues at all. I get speed test of 550-600Mbps. When I run the same speed test on Plex Server, no more than 42Mbps.
I have Plex pass and relay disabled.
Can’t figure it out. Most my content is 4K HDR with higher than 42Mbps bitrate so I can no longer use Plex player.
