Cast from plex appwindows does not work

Hello,
i can’t cast from my plersonnal website plexweb or with my plex windows version.
Cast icon is greyed out.
But i do can cast from my phone or with plex.tv with Version 4.66.1

But without be able to cast from plex windws app, i can’t remote control from my phone windows app, and i’d like to control windows app by control remote with my phone, as i checked “advertise as player”

Can you help ?

Are there any network/communication restrictions on your Windows machine (e.g. firewall or security apps that might filter certain connections)?

I didn’t tell, but my plex server is on a distant linux server, i don’t have it physicaly at home.

maybe it’s more difficult that way ?

I have the same issues on all my computers so i don’t really know how to redirect ports, as i have several computers at home.

And for exemple, http://server.local.ip.address:32400/clients (with my servir ip of course) responding by a 401 Unauthorized

same for me, can cast from the web app, not the windows app, the icon is greyed out / inactive
