Plex player cannot cast or be cast to!

This is weirdness.

If my laptop is on the same WiFi network as my phone, I can cast/control back and forth between the two. Doesn’t matter if my laptop is on wireless or ethernet.

Yet on my media PC, the cast button is greyed out. I can’t fling content to this plex instance either. I’ve uninstalled, I’ve signed out and in, it doesn’t matter. I am the server admin, it shows as an authorized device. I’ve even disabled Windows firewall entirely.

What is going on here?
