Cast to Sonos Asks to Upgrade Even Thought I'm a Lifetime Plex Pass Member

Server Version#: 1.28.1.6104
Player Version#: 9.7.0.34811

I’m a Plex Pass lifetime member and I’m using the Android “Plex” app. However, when I try to cast to Sonos, it asks me to upgrade my membership to Plex Pass.

I’m logged in with the correct user and as far as I can tell haven’t missed any steps.
