CC not displaying on Apple TV Live TV & DVR

Server Version#: 4.101.1
Player Version#:AppleTV Plex App 8.14(1)

Live TV & DVR set up using HDHomeRun FLEX 4K. Subtitles selected and shows "Unknown (Closed Captions). Playback shows CC subtitles on desktop plex app, just not on the Apple TV app. Any advice or help is appreciated.

CC appears to work on DVR RECORDINGS with Version 8.14 on the AppleTV. (BETA)
Using Synology Server Version Version 1.31.1.6716 and HD Homerun Quatro.
Requires DIRECT PLay ( “Auto Adjust Quality” turned OFF) .

I briefly checked Live TV and it played clean as long as I didn’t have Auto Adjust Quality turned on .
