Random videos get the error “An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again.”

These play fine on other Plex clients (Shield TV, Samsung Tab A7). I’m able to stream the videos with this error via Jellyfin without any problems. This happens with 1080p and 4k content, doesn’t seem to have any correlation with audio or video format, seems very random. The videos that do not play are consistent though- ie if it gets that error I’ve not been able to get it to play in Plex.

I’ve read about using the “old player” in settings but do not have that option. I’ve droped h265 settings to no avail. Also decreased stream settings to very low forcing transcode and still get error.
