CCwGTV App Crashes using Direct Stream - Can we get a fix? - Log file attached

Several users here have seen that CCwGTV Plex app crashes when using FF/RW when Direct Stream is used with LiveTV/DVR MPEG2 content This is 100% reproducible by multiple users. We have done workarounds by limiting bitrate to force H264 transcode which has various limitation and side effects.

I got the CCGTV because of a bug in Plex LiveTV in Samsung Tizen client Samsung Watch from start issue with back to back recordings on same network - Live TV & DVR - Plex Forum

Can we get a fix for this?
(a) Ideally fix the crashing issue
(b) Add an allow direct stream option like other clients have

@OttoKerner I see you helping on some of these threads. There are several threads with this same issue reported. Any chance we can help to get someone’s attention to look at this? I have logs attached.

Instead of fixing issues such as this, the latest update actually makes it worse, and a Plex Startup SCREAM was added. Nice work
