I’m running latest iOS Beta of Plex on my iPhone 11 Pro Max with (public non beta) iOS13.1.
I am not able to set cellular data rate above 2 Mbit. The app is telling me that it has detected a WAN connection and limits are applied.
But I haven’t turned on the limit for cellular data in options.
Then if I got to settings during playback und select 720p and 2 Mbit (best option available) it will not select it and starts playback with 1080p and 8 Mbit.
Maybe I’m missing something?

Yes, that’s fine, or you can PM them if you prefer.
I installed the latest beta from today.
But it is still telling me that the bandwidth Limitation is set. And I still can only select 720p with 2Mbit as maximum (but this is now working correct. It’s saving this choice). But still missing the other quality settings as 1080p 8 Mbit and so on.
