Change 16:9 (1.77:1) ratio on Samsung UHD smart tv (2018 model)

Hello all,
I started to use Plex recently and I am in love with the program. I use Qnap TS-451+ and I stream HD or 4K movies to my Samsung UHD TV’s. Most of the movies that i download online are in 4:3 movie format but my TVs are 16:9 format. If I play it on my PC using for example BSplayer i can stretch 4:3 to fill my 16:9 screen and get rid of two black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. My question is is there a way to do the same on Plex player for Samsung TV (i use both version 1 and version 2 beta)?
If not what is the best way to convert a movie from 4:3 to fit 16:9 without loosing quality?

You can’t with the app. But your TV itself should have that ability. There is usually a button on the remote that will let you override the aspect ratio.
