Need help from the company, don’t want to loose my lifetime plex pass.
Was the old email used by a different Plex account, which you deleted?
After deletion of an account, the used email address is held ‘locked’ for one month.
Only after this time it can be used with a different Plex account.
Now you may be on to something here. I may have used my old email to test an account for a “user” (My PS4). But then deleted it. So if it takes a month for it to open up that is good by me. Thanks.
