I removed my account to be able to use that email address with another account

Hi,

Me and my ex both had an account with Plex. We decided to delete my account and change her account to my email address. It’s been more than a month since I deleted my account but still I cannot change the email address linked to my ex her account because ‘this email address’ exists.
Is some admin able to remove my account/email address to free it for connecting it to my ex her account? My ex her account has a lifetime pass and is also my server.
