So, I am changing jobs and the email address I have had for 20+ years will no longer be under my control. I have Plex Pass Lifetime subscription. I would like to change the email address associated with it to a gmail account that is mine. But, I have used the gmail address for an account to use for testing purposes. It does not have plex pass. It looks like I can delete the gmail account and then after 30 days I can change the email address of my primary account to the gmail one. Will that work? Is that the best way to go about this?

Thank you the responses I received.
My resolution: created new random gmail account like Lantana121unused@gmail.com Then change the gmail account I want to the unused version. Then change the email address I am loosing to the gmail account I want it set to.
