Change your IP address using VPN static IP

I have a PIA Static IP and I want it configured on the Media Server.
Plex media server is running, then I connect to VPN.
Remote acess show the VPN Static IP, after a while the remote acess is not working. I disable the remote acess and enable it again. But it shows not accessible to the internet. I also tried the option of deselcting the port forwarding to 32400 and click apply. But it does not work with VPN connected. Please provide a solution.
