Changed ISP and now cannot reach server via internet

Prior to changing ISPs I was able to view my Plex server even when not on the same network. Since I set it up so many years ago, I don’t remember what I did and I can’t seem to find the info I need to set it up again, now that I have a new ISP. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

In settings it says that my server CAN be reached outside of my network. I believe my issue is with my new Eero router, rather than my Plex server.

Since you have a new ISP, I’m thinking you also got a new router from your ISP.

You need to create your firewall exceptions for that device running plex.

You need to create a TCP and UDP exception for the device. Some modems require one exception per protocol and some allow you to have one exception which includes both.
