Remote Access failure

I am having issues configuring my Plex server to be accessed outside my network. I have tried following the guides and videos on youtube, but no luck. Is there a simpler way of what to enter in? I am using 2 routers (ISP along with bridged router). I’ve spent hours trying to figure this out but cant get this to work… help?

I assume others have got this to work.
But for me after months of trying a shipload of combinations I gave up.

I now have a static IP address supplied by my ISP ( as a cost) and all works just fine!.
