So I used to use my laptop as a server and would plug in an external usb which had the movies. Now, I changed my preferred server to the shield tv and have the drive plugged into the shield, but none of the movies show up, unless I go to the laptop server through the shield tv, but they all say “unavailable”. What do I do? Even when on my laptop, it says the shield server is unavailable.
