Changing the configuration file programmatically

Hello my Media Server is connected to 4 different TV so each time i want to open Plex on a different screen I need to go into configuration and change the audio output and display setting (for full screen on monitor x)

 

I would like to know if there is an API or xml file or config file that can be change to change those settings.

 

That way I would be able to create a small application that alternate the configuration before opening Plex shortcut on my taskbar.

 

Plex Media Server: 0.9.11

Plex Home Theater: 1.2.1.314

Moving this to the general dev area, doesn't really have anything to do with channels :)
