How do I get the 8 SD channels out of the guide and get the 8 HD channels back?

I believe this is a known issue with v1.18.8 that’s being looked at; I would recommend downgrading to 1.18.7 and make sure your update channel is set to public instead of beta):

How do I roll back the version of Plex?

Rolling back on Windows works as follows: note down your current Plex Server software version Stop Plex Server using its tray icon. uninstall Plex Server with the regular ‘Apps’ control panel of Windows.
