Howdy! Had similar issue as well. I believe it is a new update since we had issues around similar time. Thankfully I fixed it!
My method of attack was as follows.
First I advise trying the repair function. In Windows quit plex, go to add or remove features in control panel. Click plex and click uninstall. A window will open, click repair. Reboot and try again. If that doesn’t work try this:
- Rollback plex to later version. (1 version older worked for me) How do I roll back the version of Plex?
- Initiate channel scan, should work now. If not try one more previous version.
- Once channel scan is complete (hopefully) check your guide to ensure they are present.
- Check for updates on Plex and update it if prompted.
This method worked for me and I am now watching OTA via plex. Hopefully it works for you and others as well. If not feel free to get back to me and I will be happy to help. If it works I’d also love to hear the good news.
Good luck! -Aidan, I.T. and Network systems administrator at local High School.
