Hi all,
I bought a Livetime license to use the LiveTV & DVR feature, unfortunately it doesn’t work as I hoped.
I am using the Plex Media Server on an Ubuntu 20.04 server installed via the Plex:

Description: Plex organizes all of your personal media so you can easily access and enjoy it.
This works very well so far, except for the Live Tv & DVR function. The tuner is detected and a scan can be performed (DVB-C Germany/Munich). Unfortunately, the result is that of ~500 channels (FreeTV) only 3 are found. On the same server runs on TVHeadEnd 4.2.8 where all channels are found and work. To prevent a collision of the two apps with the tuner, TVHeadend was disabled in the PlexMediaServer during setup. It is interesting to mention that on an Nvidia Shield TV, the Plex Media Server also finds all channels, but the Live-TV only works there for a few minutes, then Live-TV is no longer possible. After a restart of the NVIDIA Shield TV it works again for a few minutes (I therefore no longer use). Under Ubuntu, I can unfortunately no longer test, because a new channel scan can also no longer be performed. It is always taken over the last search. Since this tuner is supported, I expect support from Plex team. So what else can I do here? Thanks
