Channel Scan Issues!

Hey all,

Running into issues recently trying to implement Live TV & DVR when cord cutting. Purchased a Hauppague WinTV-QuadHD and am not getting a clean and consistent channel scan.

Running an Ubuntu box with the latest production Plex release - Version 1.14.0.5470

As you see in the image below, the same tuner, picked up different number of channels. Using a FIOS connection to provide me the TV stream.

Any help would be appreciated.

After scanning a million more times, I’m finally in a happier place - but this still doesn’t explain why this is happening.

Anyone available to assist?
