I’m using a Hauppauge WinTV DualHD tuner on an Ubuntu 17.10 home PC.
I can use the live TV function fine but no matter what parameters, the scan will never come up with HD channels. I have tried the same tuner with Windows which does return HD channels from the scan but I need to use Ubuntu on this machine. Any Advice?
