Channels for multiple markets showing up on LIveTV guide

I have moved from one state to another, set up my Plex Server on a Sony OLED (XR 65 A80CJ, using the Plex for Android TV app downloaded from the Google store), added an OTA antenna with a HD Homerun FLEX4K tuner, and done the channel scan. The new locals showed up fine, but the Los Angeles locals from my previous setup are still in the guide, which is really cluttering things up. It’s worth noting that this is only happening on the TV, not while using PLEX on any other devices.

Any thoughts as to what might be causing this and what I might be able to do to mitigate?

So you deleted the DVR from when you were in LA, and set up the tuner as a new DVR when you moved to new location? Is this a fresh install on the Sony Android TV after you moved?

The tuner is a new one at the new location, and the Plex app is a fresh install on the new TV. I just did a channel refresh on the DVR and the old ones seem to be gone now. Chalk it up to pilot error…I set up the tuner but didn’t refresh the old DVR. Thanks for weighing in.
