Channels not playing at all on ATV3

Can't get any channels to play on ATV3. If any of the experts on the forum could help me out with this would be super appreciated. Thanks!

 

 

  • Your ATV model (2 or 3) and firmware version (found under the ATV settings > general > about > Apple TV software): ATV3 6.0.2 (6646.81.1)

  • The DNS server set on the ATV (found under the ATV settings > general > network > DNS): 10.0.1.2

  • The local IP address of the device that PlexConnect is installed on: 10.0.1.2

  • The device and operating system (including version number) that PlexConnect is installed on: Mac Mini Mid 2011 OS X 10.9.4

  • The device and operating system (including version number) that the Plex media server (PMS) is installed on: Mac Mini Mid 2011 OS X 10.9.4

  • The Plex media server (PMS) version number you are running (do not put 'latest’): 0.9.9.16.555-50cd0c3

  • The local IP address of the device that the Plex media server (PMS) is installed on: 10.0.1.2

  • The PlexConnect version number. Github Sept 7, 2014 11:30 am

  • The contents of your 'Settings.cfg' file (this is created at first clean shutdown of PlexConnect, using CTR+c)

  • Detail on the media file if it is an issue related to playing a media file: All Channels. 

  • A detailed description of the issue:
     
    Recently upgraded and re-installed Plex and PlexConnect (which was working previously on this same network and computer and ATV3) Setup PlexConnect on ATV3, everything works perfect except Channels. Library files all load and play perfectly. In Channels the thumbnails load, descriptions are there for most (some don’t load however), but when you play it says Trailers is unavailable. Try again later. or An error occurred loading this content. Try again later. None of the channels play anything. 
     
    On my other Mac (and web interface on PMS), iPhone and iPad everything works perfect as well, including most channels. 
     
    I am using Unblockus for US Netflix (I’m in Canada) which works perfect on ATV3 using ip_dnsmaster in settings.cfg set to Unblockus IP. 
     
    CBC which I believe is not geo blocked works on everything, but not on ATV. 
     
    ATV is connected by Ethernet cable to AirPort Express which is extending my wireless network from a Apple Time Capsule router. PMS server has reserved IP address on router.

Thanks for your reply. So the problem is really a code issue not something I need to adjust on my end? As I can't get any channel to play at all. 

In the meantime will test to see if I can get that channel working.
