So I have Plexconnect working on an ATV3. The issue I am having is that nothing ever shows up under Library. I can use all the channels, the settings all work, and my Plex Media Server is also listed. I can even search for information and have matching items on my media server show up, but never get anything under Library. Just "accessing trailers" forever. Plex media server and plexconnect are running on a Mac mini. Using the Plex app on iPad or Plex Desktop on a computer has no issues accessing and getting information from my media server. Settings.cfg and terminal of plexconnect running are attached. Anyone run into this particular problem before? Any help is appreciated.
ATV firmware version? Python version?
I have seen this with using a newer version of python, should be 2.7 not anything lower or higher.
ATV is version 6.0. Using Python 2.7.3.
You have 2 entries for the cert file in your settings.
Try setting the log level to “High” and posting along with the full info requested in the sticky.

Detail on the media file if it is an issue related to playing a media file (in order to get the necessary information on a particular media file go into the Plex web interface, select the video file, when it brings up the page for the media file click on the "i" information button on the left hand side, it will then bring up a "media info" box, click on the "View XML" button, it will then open a browser window with the relevant information, copy this to http://www.pastebin.com and use the pastebin link to post the details; posting the information directly in the forum may mess up the formatting and generally takes up a lot of space):

Ensure you post your 'PlexConnect.log' file to pastebin and post the link ('PlexConnect.log' is located in your PlexConnect folder). If possible, follow these steps to create a "more detailed fresh" one:
PlexConnect.log
