Channels Out of Order on New Roku EPG Grid View

Firstly, let me just say that the new grid guide is a welcome addition. Thanks for the hard work!

Because Plex doesn’t support multiple EPGs (wink, wink), I’m using Schedules Direct and epg123 to generate a XMLTV file. I’m not sure if that would have any impact on the issue I’m having or not.

When viewing the grid guide on our Roku devices, I have 4 channels (18.1, 18.2, 18.3 and 18.4) that appear at the bottom of the guide after HDHomeRun PTV channels that are 4 digit numbers. My other local channels numbers (3.1, 6.1, etc…) appear in the correct order.

These channels are not out of order when viewing the guide through the web interface.

I agree. I see the exact same there. However, the order issue is not present on the iOS version that was recently released.

I can confirm I am seeing this same behavior… My four lowest numberd channels are appearing at the bottom of the gird instead of the top where they should be displayed…

Glad to know I’m not the only one. Thanks for chiming in, guys.

This is still an issue after the 6.2.2 preview release.

Thanks for the report. We’ll investigate the sorting issue.

@Noah0504 we have isolated the issue and should have this fixed in the next update. Thanks again for the report!

Great to hear!

The ordering should be fixed in our Preview release. Please give it a try and let us know.

Just updated and checked the guide. All is well!
