Chapters show duplicate screens/image in chapter selection

I’ve recently discovered that Plex supports chapter selection. However, when I look at the images of the chapters I very often see duplicate images. It would appear that some chapters show images from the wrong chapter. This happens on all movies. There is no movie where this doesn’t happen. Sometimes we’re talking about chapter and others it would happen to half of the chapters.

I’ve only tested this on an Android (Galaxy S8, S9 and a Nokia 7 PLUS) -> BUG YES
Tested it on a computer WEB APP / Browser -> BUG NO
Apple iphone -> BUG NO

I’ve refreshed the meta data did a new library scan and analysed the movies. NOthing worked.

Any suggestions?

I have had the same thing happen.
I create my own chapter images and copy over the plex generated ones. So i know what images are there.
Up until very recently they displayed on my android devices perfectly but now they are all mixed up with the the same chapter image often showing for multiple chapters.

Just updated PMS and the Android app to the latest version.

It would appear that the glitch is gone.

Will thoroughly test it tonight.

For now it Looks promising
