"Check for Updates" button, non functiona;

Hi Guys,

Having problems updating plex, i can see a new version is available for download, but the orange ‘Check for Updates’ buttons is greyed out and pressing/clicking it does nothing. Seemingly there is no way to update.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix, that preferably doesnt involve uninstalling and reinstalling Plex in its entirety all over again? Really not sure i want to go through that again.

I have tried Plex for Windows App and Plex Web - through browser.

Have you tried todownload it manually? Go to https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-media-server dowwnload your version and run it fro your desktop.

Is your ‘Update Channel’ set to “Beta”?
