"Check your internet connection"

Hi,
I have 2 WD cloud home storage devices, one 4Tb and one 8Tb. I see all the content via Plex, both WD were working fine until a couple days ago the 8Tb just didn’t play videos and music via Plex, all the time displaying the message " Check your internet connection", but the 4Tb works fine. On the 8Tb i can see the contente, change edit etc, but the only thing that it dont do is play. I can see and watch movies on my iPad. It works fine on iOS, i have a friend who has a LG Tv and also works fine. All I understand now is that all Android devices all the time display the message " Check your internet connection" ( the 4Tb works perfectly). Because of this I recently changed my router to a new one.

Can you please help
