chrome cast is not detected with new desktop app and web player in safari.
works well in chrome

Casting is only supported by Google with Chrome, Android, and iOS. Other browsers like Safari do not have that support built in.

Just Chrome, Android, and iOS at the moment since these are the platforms that Google officially supports.
