i suspect you have DNS rebind protection on the LAN. next version will fix.
I was having this issue also after 3.4.2 update. At first I disabled DNS rebind protection on my PFSense 2.5 box. It worked but worried me too as rebind attacks seem to be on the rise. So I enabled it and it failed again. Was going to wait for the next version and call it a day…I didn’t do that and got it to work.
In my case I am using OpenDNS as my DNS resolver. So I added “plex.direct” to my NEVER block list and it worked.
