I did what you said: I went to Plex app on Apple TV and checked two trailers are enabled before a film. I will do what you are suggesting now. It doesn’t seem easy for my knowledge. Wish me luck. Thanks.

I am actually only interested in Plex Media Server.log but unfortunately you haven’t waited long enough for this one to upload completely.

Do I need to do everything again or can I just dowlnoad the server logs again?

Just download again. The log file has probably not “rotated” in the short time.

There must be something wrong with your network or your internet connection. The server tries to download the trailers but it fails.
I have checked on my server and it all works as expected, so it is not a global issue.

You might want to review any URL block lists you might be using in your router or firewall.
Maybe disable a VPN if used.

Side note: you should clean out all those old, non-functional plex plug-ins.

Delete the folders inside of the Plug-ins folder.

You might have to perform a repair-installation of Plex Server afterwards.

Just start the installation .exe again.
It will detect that is has been installed already and ask if you want to perform a repair install.
