Hello all. This is actually in reference to Trying to get cinema/coming soon trailers to work for almost 2 years! - #72 by anon18523487, which @anon18523487 was helping me with. Life got a little crazy and the topic closed, and we’re going on almost THREE years of trying to figure this out.

Mine do not look like that, they look like this, with “None” selected by default in the language section:

I’ve also reuploaded my most recent logs from the previous thread. Any other suggestions?

I just discovered recently through another user with a similar issue, the results are based on the language you set for preferred audio language under your account settings. Do you have a language selected there? Leaving that on “Select language” will cause this issue. Pick your appropriate language.

Since you have the “prefer audio language” set to none, it’s not finding any matching trailer.

The thing is, is that there is no “Select language” option. The obly options are specific languages, unknown, and none. Am I in the right section of settings?

Edit: Silly me. Let me try a lamguage, I confused myself lol.

Oh. My. Lawd.

That worked. I cannot believe such a simple setting change worked. I had “None” originally set to let movies play in their native language always haha. Wooooooooow. Almost 3 years for a simple toggle.
