Just got Plex Pass and switched on cinema trailers from new and upcoming movies. When I try and play a movie, I just get a never ending orange loading circle.
I tried turning the feature off and use only local trailers from unwatched movies, and that works fine. But as soon as I turn on the new/upcoming trailer option, orange loading circle again.
Did you shut down and restart your plex server after buying the pass?
yes I did
I just started getting this and have had a plex pass for years. All of a sudden I’m getting "An error occurred loading items to play”. I turned off “Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies in theaters” and “Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies on Blu-ray” and it works, using only local media/trailers though, obviously. Something must be wrong with Plex’s trailer sources.
I also just got the plex pass and also cannot get it to work. is there an issue with the functionality?
Is your language set to English? There are very few if any trailers in other languages.
Mine is set to English.
