Cinematic trailers working but no preroll

Hi,

Server version: 1.32.5.7328

I have a problem where my preroll file does not play on any of my devices. The cinematic trailers work just fine. Pretty much I have the exact same problem as this guy had: Preroll not working but Cinema Trailers do work, still looking for help

But sadly the solution that was presented there did not work for me.

The path on my computer for the file is following: \TRUENAS\mnt\material\extras\preroll.mp4

I have tried following paths but none has worked:

\TRUENAS\mnt\material\extras\preroll.mp4
\mnt\material\extras\preroll.mp4
\material\extras\preroll.mp4
\share\material\extras\preroll.mp4
\share\mnt\material\extras\preroll.mp4

What about permissions? Do the extra videos have the same permissions as your movie files?

I too have suddenly realized preroll no longer works.
