Clicking "record" doesn't set to record sometimes

I’m running Plex on a Mac Mini hooked up to my TV. For a while now, I’ve noticed that sometimes when I click the record button when browsing the DVR TV schedule, the record icon doesn’t show up. I have also seen it happen where the icon does show up, but when I exit the DVR schedule and go back, the icon is gone. In either case-- when the time comes for the item to air, nothing gets recorded. This only happens sometimes as I have been recording other things. Anyone else encounter this issue and resolve it?

I just tried clicking record for the movie in question again, and the only log that updated was com.plexapp.system.log:

Still no icon to indicate that it will be recorded and it doesn’t show up in my recording queue either.

I’m having the same issue, but with a Windows 10 installation. Does anyone have an answer to this issue?
