Features currently in Apple TV client that I would like to see in Roku Client:
-When viewing a collection, the ability to see similarly named collections from other libraries
Features currently in Roku client that I would like to see in Apple TV Client:
-The ability to be in “Folder” view, and still be able to be able see movies as a “Grid”. On Apple TV, when you are viewing folders, you can only be in “List” view. Grid view works fine when viewing collections, but does not work when viewing the library.
-Chapters don’t work across multiple file movies. Example, if a movie is comprised of two files (Part 1 & Part 2), and each part has multiple chapters, you cannot view all the chapters for both parts when the movie is paused.
Other:
-I like being able to see similarly named collections across libraries on Apple TV Client and Web Client, but the title always says “Movies in … Collection”. In other words, it lists the Library “TYPE” rather than the Library NAME. It should instead say (for example)"
“Documentaries in MyCollection Collection”, or
“Concerts in MyCollection Collection”, or
“Short Films in MyCollection Collection”, or
“Miscellaneous in MyCollection Collection”, etc.
Currently it says:
“Movies in MyCollection Collection”,
“Movies in MyCollection Collection”,
“Movies in MyCollection Collection”,
“Movies in MyCollection Collection”,
because they all happen to be using the library type “MOVIES”
