Client's Downloads Causing Them "Too Many Active Streams" Error

In my server settings I only allow 1 stream per client. When a client downloads a file and it finishes, they get “too many active streams” error when trying to stream a different file. As a test, after downloading changed my server to allow 2 streams and it was fixed until they downloaded another file then error message came back. It’s like the sever software is counting downloads as streams and not clearing them when finished. The only other way to clear it is to restart the server software. Please Fix.

Confirmed. Even if a file isn’t downloading, eg. “Use Cellular Data” is turned off for downloads, but trying to watch any item on the server.

This has been an issue for a long time (just search the forum for “too many active streams”, but the Plex staff does not seem to care, unfortunately.

PLEX needs to step up on this. This is impacting me.
