I been having the same issue for a while, if I activate downloads for a family member and they download anything they can’t watch after that, get to many active streams, I have 3 per family member, but they are not watching anything, I need to restart the server so they can watch again, this only happens after I activate downloads, so I have to disable it and restart the server then they are good, is there no way to have downloads enabled with oout giving unlimited slots for streaming?
